As always, you make it look so easy. It's such a good lesson to see ho wyou float color on top of color to get those subtle shifts. Hooray we have some good weather and great for plein air painting!
Excellent! Watching your videos (also followed the link to "Variation #2") is one of those things I wish I could do again for the first time. That won't stop me from watching them again and again, until the little digits wear off of the digital.
P.S. I couldn't enlarge the picture as posted on your blog. I had to go to YouTube to do that. Definitely worth the trip!
